Amazing train the carriages are like little Romany caravans. Clean bedding and complimentary drink and snack before you left. Woken in The morning and could pay for tea or coffee. Lovely way to get up to Sapa
The 8hrs overnight train ride was comfortable as we took the VIP cabin for two. The train noise as read on other reviews was really very bearable. We did not have to put on the ear plugs.
